Festive Afternoon Tea

During the Christmas season, traditional Afternoon Tea in The Palm Court at The Ritz will be given a festive twist. You can enjoy with your family and friends, a choice of 18 different types of loose-leaf tea, servings of delicate finger sandwiches, delicious pastries, mouth-watering cakes and freshly made scones with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry preserve whilst listening to the glorious sounds of The Ritz choir singing well-known carols.

The Palm Court will be transformed into an Edwardian winter wonderland, surrounded by rich red and gold trimmings and a beautiful lavishly decorated Christmas tree in the centre of the room, making it feel enchanting.

Each adult will receive a glass of Ritz Champagne and each child a Ritz teddy bear (excluding Christmas Day). On Christmas Day, Father Christmas will make a special visit to The Ritz with presents for all the lucky children, at our 11:30am – 5:30pm sittings.

Christmas Afternoon Tea is £80 per adult and £50 per child (up to 15years)

Christmas Eve Dinner in The Ritz Restaurant

A black-tie gala Dinner and Dance will be held on Tuesday 24th December 2019 in the Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant, often described as one of the most beautiful dining rooms in the world. You can indulge in a delicious five-course menu of festive dishes whilst enjoying entertainment from a live band and amazing professional dancers. If you choose, take to the dance floor and dance the night away or simply sit back, relax over a cocktail, listen to the music and enjoy your sumptuous candlelight dinner.

Christmas Eve Gala Dinner Dance is priced at £325 per person and £150 per child (up to age 15).

Christmas Day Lunch

Join us for a traditional and delicious Christmas Day six-course lunch, prepared by our Executive Chef, John Williams MBE and his talented team, using the finest of British ingredients.

Enjoy live entertainment from a wonderful live band and a magician, who will astound you and a skilled caricaturist, as well as a special visit from Father Christmas with a gift for each child, making it a memorable Christmas Day.

Christmas Day lunch in The Ritz Restaurant is £450 per person and £200 per child (up to age 15).

Christmas Day lunch in The Music Room is £390 per person and £190 per child (up to age 15).

Christmas Day Dinner in The Ritz Restaurant

Celebrate this special time of year in our Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant whilst indulging in a mouth-watering four-course, Christmas Day dinner, prepared by our Executive Chef, John Williams MBE and his talented team.

Enjoy the sounds of a live band with professional dancers performing the rumba, salsa and tango.

Dress code: Black Tie. Christmas Day dinner in The Ritz Restaurant is priced at £325 per person and £150 per child (up to age 15).

Festive Live At The Ritz

Our Christmas festivities start with ‘Live at The Ritz’ in the beautiful surroundings of The Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant. Enjoy a spectacular four-course dinner and then take to the dance floor where you can dance the night away to the music from a live band with fabulous professional dancers performing the Tango, the Rumba and Salsa.

During the Christmas season, ‘Live at The Ritz’ dinner dance takes place every Wednesday to Saturday evening, commencing on Thursday 28th November until Saturday 28th December 2019 (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve).

Festive Wednesday and Thursday Live at The Ritz is from £110 per person.

Festive Friday and Saturday Live at The Ritz is from £125 per person.

The à la carte is available with a £35 per person, entertainment supplement.

Boxing Day

Lunch

Enjoy culinary indulgence with a spectacular four-course lunch whilst listening to a piano duo and singer perform.

Priced at £135 per adult and £65 per child (up to age 15).

Dinner

A delicious four-course Boxing Day dinner in The Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant. Our Executive Chef, John Williams MBE and his team of gifted chefs will create spectacular dishes, made with the finest British seasonal ingredients.

During your meal, enjoy entertainment from a live band and fabulous professional dancers, performing the tango, salsa and rumba. They will guarantee to get you up onto the dance floor and dance the night away.

New Year’s Eve

The splendid opulence of the Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant, with its spectacularly glamorous and gilded decor, offers the perfect surrounding for our extremely popular New Year’s Eve black tie gala dinner on Tuesday 31st December 2019. This exciting evening features an outstanding six-course dinner with a half bottle of Prestige Champagne.

The Ritz Restaurant will have a live midnight countdown to start 2020 with a bang. As the clock strikes midnight, you can watch our striking firework display over the garden to herald in the New Year. There’s no need to rush off when the clock strikes midnight, as ‘The New Atlantics’ will entertain you until the early hours of the morning.

New Year’s Day

London’s annual New Year’s Day parade traditionally starts at 12 noon on London Piccadilly just outside The Ritz, so why not enjoy the start of the spectacle and then celebrate the first day of 2020 by joining us for lunch or dinner.
